I recently took my first trip to the Diamond Light Source in Oxford, the only synchrotron in the UK, where I will be working for 2 years of my PhD. We spent 11 hours there from 5pm to 4:30am firing X-rays at protein crystals, thought I’d share the exprience with a couple of photos.
